We can't read your address. That's the point.
Your address is encrypted in your browser with a key that lives only after the # in your link. Browsers never send that part to a server. We store a sealed box we can't open on our own.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does the payer need a wallet app or an account?
No. They open your link, pick what they want to pay with and get a one-time deposit address. They can send from any wallet or straight from an exchange.
Can Sendr see my wallet address?
Not at rest. We only hold your address encrypted, and the key is in your link. When someone pays, their browser hands us the key so we can create the order; the address is unlocked in memory for that moment and then discarded.
What if I lose my link?
We can't recover it, because we can't read your address. Create a new one. If you made a manage link, you can use it to turn the old one off.
How long does a payment take?
Usually 20 to 40 minutes after the deposit confirms, because it moves through two exchanges. The payer gets a live status page the whole way.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If a payment can't complete, the routing partner refunds the payer, to their refund address if they gave one. Compliance checks apply to every payment.
